School Sport Partnership ::

West Berkshire School Sport Partnership was initially formed as a Phase 7 partnership. It was established in 2003 with Park House School and Sports College the hubsite for the partnership.

Over the next three years the partnership continued to increase the % of children participating in 2 hours of High Quality PE from 53% to 86% by 2006. It was in 2006 that the partnership expanded to create two partnerships covering the East and West of West Berkshire. The original partnership remained with the addition of some new schools. The East partnership was newly formed with Theale Green Community School becoming the hubsite for the East Partnership.

Both Partnerships work closely together to help achieve their aims. This includes working in partnership in many projects including Sport Unlimited, Young Ambassador program, Cheerleading, Competition frameworks and many more.
